We will explore the commercial kitchen, cooking various recipes with different themes daily. While baking, students will explore the concepts of cookies, cakes, quick breads, and yeast breads throughout the world. Some examples include French macarons, cannoli, tiramisu, and eclairs. On Friday, they will share a family pastry exhibition where visitors can sample some treats.
