We will explore the commercial kitchen, cooking various recipes with different themes daily. While cooking, students will learn and practice baking, sauteing, pan frying, whisking, folding, stirring, and knife skills. We will make various foods such as sushi, pineapple fried rice, empanadas, creole rice, pierogies, shepard's pie, jollof rice, chicken alfredo, and more! Join us on Friday for our student-designed lunch to end the week!
