Learn how to make some amazing, flavorful soups from Vietnam and Japan. In this course, we'll explore making different syles of pho and ramen while also learning the basics to each of these delicious soups. We'll be making chicken/beef/shrimp pho, Tantanmen, Tonkotsu, and Shio ramen. We'll be making lots of food, so be sure to bring a container for leftovers!
