Intermediate Tai Chi Class will teach the classical Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form 118 to further understand the essentials of Tai Chi benefits, theory and practice. This class is open to anyone that has previously learned Tai Chi and would like to continue to work on cultivating internal energy, better balance, breathing technique, and posture coordination.
