Looking to learn about the leading sauces to elevate your dishes? In this class the chef will be teaching about the five leading sauces which are bechamel, espangnole, velouté, hollandaise and tomato. We'll be making classical sauce and some derivatives like hollandaise and bearnaise, bechamel and mornay (cheese), tomato and creole, velouté and supreme (chicken gravy) plus much more to pair with foods. We're making a lot to take home and share so don't forget that Tupperware. This is a hands-on cooking course.
